Tender Care Veterinary Center is expanding our staff in preparation for adding new doctors to our team. We are currently hiring for experienced Certified and non-certified Veterinary Technicians. Job Responsibilities
The job of a Certified Veterinary Technician with Tender Care Veterinary Center involves communication and collaboration with our veterinarians and clients. Our (C)VTs are involved in every aspect of healthcare for our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with routine preventative care appointments
- Administering medications
- Taking radiographs
- Collecting patient samples
- Filling prescriptions
- Assisting with anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and emergency care
- Completing laboratory tests including blood chemistries, complete blood counts, and urinalysis
